Diane Mackay and Karen Redpath are professional, experienced holistic therapists, as well as Sundoor Advanced Firewalk Instructors. They have been personally trained by Peggy Dylan, credited as the female originator of the Western firewalking movement and the founder of Sundoor, a renowned organisation committed to personal development.

We are based in Scotland and facilitate workshops across the UK, Ireland and worldwide.
Our workshops are run as an afternoon/evening event, a day workshop or a weekend workshop.
We provide Firewalking Workshops, Arrow Break Workshops and Rebar Workshops for groups and as a complementary addition to enhance your own event. We are also available to facilitate fundraising events.
