Diane Mackay and Karen Redpath have had a background in nursing, management and training prior to moving into their related fields in holistic therapies. They are Sundoor Advanced Firewalk Instructors and have been personally trained by Peggy Dylan, credited as the female originator of the Western firewalking movement and the founder of Sundoor, renowned school of firewalking.

Diane and Karen weave together a web of knowledge, skills and experience to create and facilitate truly inspirational workshops. Working from the heart, they will coach you towards a memorable, self-empowering and transformational experience.

Diane has worked as a therapist for over 16 years. She is a Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and Motivational Coach, Bio-energy Therapist and Trauma Specialist. She is currently based in Edinburgh. Diane’s creative approach in working with people is based on a holistic view, facilitating integration of physical, emotional, psychological, social and spiritual aspects of well-being. She holds a vision and desire for healing on the deepest level and this is a guiding force in her work.

Karen has over sixteen years experience in a variety of complementary therapies including Homeopathy, Bio-energy Therapy, Shiatsu, Indian Head Massage and Meridian Energy Therapies. She is very much a people person, passionate about facilitating healing and change for individuals, an inspirational workshop leader/facilitator and teaches from the heart.
