The Arrow Break originates from a Fijian ritual. It is a highly effective tool that assists you in stepping out of your present patterns of relating to life, into a new way of relating to life where you say ‘Yes’ to embracing and giving full expression to your heart’s desire.
“What made doing my fourth firewalk so special was the 'Breaking of the Arrow' which has made a noticeable difference to my life. How I feel about myself has changed for the better and my ability to stand up and speak my truth is much stronger. My life is fuller and freer now”. Martin
In the initial stage of the process you align with and energise your vision. During the second stage you explore your thoughts and emotions of perceived internal and external obstacles that you believe prevent you from moving towards your vision. The third stage involves the arrow break, where holding your vision, connecting with your inner sense of power and belief, you step forward with conviction towards manifesting your aspirations.
You will find the arrow break has a positive effect on body, mind and spirit. Physically, the strong physiological shift that occurs in your body at the moment of breaking the arrow is embedded as a positive memory. On an emotional and psychological level you free yourself from self-imposed limitations. On a spiritual level you connect with your inner guide or higher self, and with both feet firmly on the ground, you re-connect with your true potential and life purpose.
The Rebar is a step beyond the arrow break, in that it is a shared experience which involves setting mutual intents and working in harmony with other people. It is a powerful approach in fostering group support and positive group dynamics which is crucial in achieving group objectives and sustaining a long term vision.
We offer individual Arrow Break sessions, as well as Arrow Break or Rebar workshops for groups and for corporate events. These approaches can be integrated into larger events as one of the main themes, or as a stand-alone workshop, which can be tailored to your groups needs.
