Failure to comply with Flaming Magic’s Terms and Conditions and/or failure to provide the mandatory signed disclaimer form may result in being refused participation, cancellation of the workshop/event and no right to a refund.

• Full payment is required at time of booking a workshop/event
• Cancellations 14 days prior to the event must be made in  
  writing for which a refund will be given (less a 50%
  administration fee)
• Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event are not
  subject to a refund and this payment is not transferable.

Flaming Magic reserves the right to cancel workshops/events up to 1 week in advance. Participants are entitled to a full refund of the fee(s) paid to Flaming Magic in the event of cancellation, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

When attending a Firewalk/Breathwork/Other Workshop please note the following requirements:

Firewalking Workshops
We want you to be warm, dry and safe around the fire so please wear/bring the following items with you to the workshop:

• Warm clothing
• Waterproof jacket
• Wellington boots (or suitable footwear especially for wet,
  muddy ground)
• A torch
• A towel (for drying your feet after the firewalk)
• Bottle of water
• Notebook and pen (if you wish to take notes)
• Lunch (if a day workshop)

Breathwork/Other Workshops:
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring:

• Two blankets
• Yoga mat (if you have one)
• A cushion
• Bottle of water
• Notebook and pen (if you wish to take notes)
• Lunch (if a day workshop)
