Transformational breathwork is a simple, yet incredibly powerful technique for clearing and revitalising our energetic system and improving our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being. It helps to improve concentration and focus, dissolve negative beliefs and patterns, reduces stress levels and promotes inner peace.
Qi Gong is one of the most powerful ways to work with and consciously influence the state of the body.
“Qi” means life force energy while “Gong” means practice or skill. Often called an internal martial art, Qi Gong is practiced through special body movements combined with mental focus and conscious breathing. This is mirrored in three levels referred to as Shen (mind and spirit), Qi (life force), and Jing (body posture and strength).
Practicing Qi Gong on a regular basis helps to release stagnant energy. This allows free flowing energetic movement, transforming emotions such as grief or anger, and physically enhancing our immune system and overall sense of well being.
Working with the energetic body system and energetic centres, we will use various approaches such as sounds, colour and chanting to purify, cleanse and re-vitalise our mind, body and spirit.
We offer a variety of approaches to ensure that each workshop is unique and provides ongoing opportunities for new experiences, personal growth and positive change on all levels.
Our aim is to work in a way that facilitates you to experience a change in awareness, transforming your old patterns of thinking and behaving, creating insight and inspiring positive change so that you can move towards embracing your true potential.
We use motivational and spiritual coaching within all our workshops. However, there are particular approaches we adopt when facilitating a stand-alone Motivational and Spiritual coaching workshop.
